1989-1991 Employed by Deluxe Painting, LLC
located in NYC. The typical client that we worked with was on the higher
residential value end of Manhattan. These clients demanded perfection,
resulting in my gaining of speed and precision. He advanced rapidly to an
appointed Project Supervisor position and over saw a 15 man crew.
1992- 1994 Geoffrey Petit Medford NJ was employed with We Haul Anything located in
NYC. This was a refuge company that provides services to remove trash from
residential homes. He began my position as a labor. Very quickly, He was
promoted to a Field Supervisor position, eventually becoming a partner in the
company. Unfortunately my partner died in 1994 and He took control of the
business.
1994 He began media marketing throughout
the tri-state area, providing service in three states, employing up to 25
individuals at times.
1996 Geoffrey Petit began all
types of demolition, interior and exterior, operating excavator’s Cat 322Cl
& Cat 385 CL with Grappler, Bob Cat skid steers, backhoes, & utilizing
manual labor in the demolishing of residential homes. Average cost range of $13,000- $35,000
1998 Started to do commercial demolition
from gutting restaurants and warehouse to demolishing. 500,000 square foot
buildings. Price range of $1.50 per
square ft to $5.00 a square ft.
2000-2009 he began concrete and stucco
work, sidewalk, footing, Slab, and installing French Drain systems in
residential homes. Also, framing and subcontracting all types of construction
in the residential and commercial market. Ranging from Small additions on
residential home to construction of 6 story condominium projects. The value of
contracts ranges from $25,000.00 - $1.6 million. Most of the work in gutting
rehabs. Because of the collapse of the economy my business was shut down.
2009-2012 Worked with Arque Advisors,
bidding at Tax Lien sales. Main objective:
to buy Tax Liens throughout NJ. He also did all the due diligence, such
as property inspection. He would go to
Tax office examining all the back taxes and future taxes. I would do title
search to see if a mortgage existed.
Finally obtaining a budget.
Usually, upwards of $ 100,000.
Fundraising and volunteering
2001 He was one of the responders involved
with the 911 disaster in NYC, on the second day of the devastation, He became
involved with the search and rescue operation that eventually lead to the
search and recover. Geoffrey Petit Medford NJ was involved
with that operation for two month and stopped.
2002 He became involved with NY
Detoxification program, a non-profit program headed by Tom Cruise and Jim
Woodworth, located on Fulton Street in NYC. They started a program that would
rid the body of the many toxins that people were exposed to in the 911
aftermath. I helped raise funds to assist victims that desired to participate.

2005 Geoffrey Petit Joint ventured with a
company called Life Medical Technologies. The CEO was Steven Cantor. Steven
Cantor Alabama Securities Commission, was a close friend of mine, who was
he involved with launching a medical device that allows a woman to take a breast cancer test, in the privacy of her own home and receive a
result in 15 minutes. This test was based on the theory that when a breast
tumor begins to grow, the blood in the vessels and capillaries rush to the
tumor attacking to destroy. Angiogenesis
occurs. The tumor starts to create a higher temperature. This device detects higher temperatures, pin
pointing it in15 minutes. I helped to raise over $1,000.000.00 for the company
within 6 months. FDA approved, about to
